The present criminal petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.320 of 2018 dated 29.12.2018 of Lalapet Police Station, Guntur District. The said FIR was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 405, 415, 416, 420, 464, 467, 465 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
- Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the police referred the case as civil in nature.
- In view of the said submission, nothing remains for further adjudication in the present criminal petition.
- Accordingly, the present Criminal Petition is closed.
