ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Sec.482 Cr.P.C., by the Petitioner/Accused seeking to quash the proceedings in CC No.340 of 2015 on the file of the court of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tiruvuru, Krishna District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 403, 468 and 471 IPC, against him.
At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that the case was ended acquittal in the trial court against the petitioner. He filed a memo to that effect.
In that view of the matter, nothing survives in this criminal petition for adjudication. Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
