ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Sec.482 Cr.P.C., by the Petitioner/Accused No.1 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.191 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate for Railways, Nellore registered for the offence under Sections 146, 147 and 174(a) of the Railways Act.
None appeared on behalf of the petitioner. At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that C.C.191 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate for Railways, Nellore was disposed of convicting the accused and filed e-copy of the case status, to that effect.
In that view of the matter, nothing survives in this criminal petition for adjudication. Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
