ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Sec.482 Cr.P.C., by the Petitioner/Accused seeking to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.210 of 2017 of Machavaram Police Station, Vijayawada registered for the offence under Sections 363, 323 and 509 IPC.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that Crime No.210 of 2017 of Machavaram Police Station, Vijayawada was referred as ‘Mistake of Fact’ and filed a Memo submitted by the Inspector of Police, Machavaram Police Station, Vijayawada, to that effect.
Therefore, recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed as infructuous. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
