ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Sec.482 Cr.P.C., seeking quash of FIR in Crime No.24 of 2017 of Hirehal Police Station, Anantapur District.
At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the matter is compromised between the parties before the Lok Adalat and he filed a memo to that effect.
Therefore, recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed as infructuous.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
