WRIT PETITION No.47284 of 2018
ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents.
The petitioner is a Fair Price Shop dealer of Shop No.1337035 of Rudravaram Village. Her authorization was suspended, by order dated 15.05.2018. Thereafter, the notice dated 23.07.2018, was issued. As thereafter there was no progress in the enquiry, this writ petition is filed alleging irregularities. This Court on 31.12.2018, while ordering notice before admission, directed the respondents to restore the petitioner’s authorization, if proceedings are not finalized and all further proceedings may go on.
Now the 4th respondent/ Sub-Collector filed counter stating that as per the orders of this Court, the petitioner’s authorization was restored after conducting detailed enquiry by proceeding dated 28.10.2021.
Having considered the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, this Court found that no further orders need to be passed in this writ petition.
Accordingly, recording the aforesaid submissions this writ petition is closed.
With the above directions, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall stand closed.
