ORDER :
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Tr.C.M.P with liberty to approach the Hon’ble Supreme Court under the provision of Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Tr.C.M.P is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be
no order as to costs.
