ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as on today the petitioner is continuing as Fair Price Shop Dealer and has been supplying the essential commodities to the cardholders and seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition, with a liberty to file fresh Writ Petition as and when cause of action arise.
Permission accorded.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to file fresh Writ Petition as and when cause of action arises. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
