ORDER:
The proceedings of respondent No.4 dated 11.07.2019, suspending the petitioner as Field Assistant, is questioned in the Writ Petition.
The case of the petitioner is that he was selected and appointed as Field Assistant by respondent No.5 on 07.11.2007 and posted to respondent No.6 – Gram Panchayat; subsequently, respondent No.6, through resolution dated 02.02.2008, assigned works under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme; the respondent- authorities prepared a report for the financial year 2019-2020, wherein it was shown that he completed 97.96% works; respondent No.5 issued service certificate dated 20.07.2019 certifying that he worked as Field Assistant in respondent No.6 - Gram Panchayat from 02.02.2008 to 20.07.2019 and his services were satisfactory; while matters stood thus, respondent No.4 issued impugned order dated 11.07.2019 temporarily suspending him from employment; and aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order has been passed pursuant to letter of the M.L.A of Pathikonda Assembly recommending removal of petitioner and to appoint Sri T.Prasad in his place.
Sri MSR Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.4, submits that, by the

impugned order, the petitioner was only suspended, and enquiry proceedings are still pending.
Without going into the merits of the case, respondent No.4 is directed to complete the proceedings, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
