This writ petition is filed for the following relief:

‘……to declare the impugned action of the respondents rejecting the petitioner’s application for the post of MPHA (Male) notified under the backlog Notification as informed under Proceedings No.B/Spandana/ KUR201907084342, dated 14.07.2019, as arbitrary and illegal’.

The case of the petitioner is that, the second respondent issued notification, dated 17.11.2018, to fill up the backlog posts of MPHA; pursuant to the Notification, petitioner uploaded his application; thereafter, he came to know that the respondents received 12 applications for the post of MPHA, but only 11 names were sent to the 4^th respondent for verification of genuineness of the certificates, by deleting the name of the petitioner; he made a representation, dated 08.07.2019 to the second respondent during ‘Spandana Program’ and the third respondent issued impugned order, dated 10.07.2019 stating that the petitioner has not enclosed the certificate of registration issued by the A.P. Para Medical Board; hence the Writ Petition.

After arguing the matter for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would submit a fresh representation before the third respondent, by enclosing the certificate issued by the Paramedical Board, and the 3^rd respondent may be directed to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation before the third respondent by enclosing the certificate issued by the Paramedical Board, and on filing of such representation by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three(3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
