Anticipatory Bail Application U/S 482 BNSS No. 3004 of 2026 (NABAIL No. 3004 of 2026), granted interim anticipatory bail to applicants Harish Kumar and Arun Kumar in connection with Case Crime No. 52 of 2026 under Sections 108, 115(2), 125, 131 BNS, P.S. Jahangirabad, District Bulandshahr. Till the next date of listing (08.04.2026), in the event of arrest the applicants were to be released on a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Station House Officer/Court concerned, subject to conditions: no tampering with evidence and appearance before the trial Court; no inducement, threat or promise to dissuade disclosure of facts; co-operation during trial and no misuse of the liberty of bail; no leaving India without prior permission; no pressurising or intimidating prosecution witnesses. Till the next date of listing, in the event of arrest of the applicants- Harish Kumar and Arun Kumar , involved in the Case Crime No.52 of 2026 under Sections 108, 115(2), 125, 131 BNS, P.S. Jahangirabad, District Bulandshahr, they shall be released on interim anticipatory bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Station House Officer of the police station/Court concerned with the following conditions:-

(i) The applicants shall not tamper with evidence and that they would appear before the trial Court on the date fixed unless exempted by the Court concerned;

(ii) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him/her/them from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) The applicants would co-operate during trial and would not misuse the liberty of bail.
