Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record.

The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants in Case Crime No. 465 of 2025, under Section-108(1) B.N.S., Police Station Paniyara, District-Mahrajganj, with a prayer to enlarge them on anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the applicants contends that the co-accused Prahlad, who has also been nominated in the FIR, has been granted regular bail by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.10337/2026 today. He prays that he may be granted sometime to bring the order on the record and till then the interest of the applicants may be protected.

Time so sought is granted.

Put up as fresh on 07.04.2026.

Taking into account the fact that similarly situated co-accused has been granted regular bail as stated by the Learned counsel for the applicants and also the fact that the applicants have no criminal history, except a non cognizable report and the case now has been converted from Section 103(1) BNS to 108 BNS, I deem it appropriate to grant interim anticipatory bail to the applicants till the next date of listing.

Till the next date of listing, in the event of arrest of the applicants- Renu and Umesh , involved in the aforesaid case crime, they shall be released on interim anticipatory bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Station House Officer of the police station/Court concerned with the following conditions:-

(i) The applicants shall not tamper with evidence and that they would appear before the trial Court on the date fixed unless exempted by the Court concerned;

(ii) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him/her/them from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) The applicants would co-operate during trial and would not misuse the liberty of bail.

(iv) The applicants shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court concerned.

(v) that the applicants shall not pressurize/intimidate the prosecution witness;

In default of any of the conditions, the prosecution shall be at liberty to file appropriate application for cancellation of interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicants.
