1. At the outset, learned A.G.A. states that he has not received instructions.

2. Put up as fresh on 07.04.2026, before the appropriate Court, to enable the learned A.G.A. to obtain instructions in the matter.

3. In the meantime, till 07.04.2026 , in the event of the arrest of the applicant- Ravi Chauhan, involved in Case Crime No.222 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87 of the B.N.S. and Sections 7/8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station - Sikrara, District Jaunpur, he shall be released on interim anticipatory bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Station House Officer of the police station/Court concerned, with the following conditions:-

i. The applicant shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

ii. The applicant shall not, directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

iii. The applicant shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court;

iv. The applicant shall not pressurize/intimidate the prosecution witness;
