This is the 2nd anticipatory bail application. The 1st anticipatory bail application was dismissed by Hon'ble Subhash Chandra Sharma, J., vide order dated 27.01.2023.

The 2nd anticipatory bail application, in the opinion of this Court, ought to be placed before the same Hon'ble Court, which had rejected the 1st bail application. The last order dated 24.02.2026, passed on the order sheet by Hon'ble Subhash Chandra Sharma, J., reads as under :

"Put up this case on 12.03.2026 as fresh before appropriate Bench."

The office report dated 27.02.2026, referring to an order passed by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice, has placed this matter before this Court. The order, referred to in the report, is quoted hereinbelow:

"Where a subsequent Bail Application (including Application for Suspension of Sentence in Criminal Appeals)/Anticipatory Bail Application is released by Hon'ble Judge(s), it shall be listed before Appropriate Court dealing with such matters.

If the Appropriate Bench comprises of Hon'ble Judge(s) who has earlier released the matter, it shall be placed for Nomination."
