Heard Mr. Amit Singh Parihar, Advocate holding brief of Sri Brijesh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. representing the State and perused the record.

The instant application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Case No. 49/9 of 2023 (Smt. Sonam Shivhare Vs. Mahendra Shivhare), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Fatehganj , District Banda, pending in the court of learned Principal Judge Family Court, Banda, within stipulated time.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the present case is pending since 2023 and the same has not culminated to its logical conclusion.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant.

In view of the above, it is directed that the learned trial court concerned shall make all endeavour to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably withing a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order,without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
