Heard Sri Prabhav Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Kartikeya Saran, learned Additional Advocate General, State of U.P. along with Sri Dharmendra Prasad Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the State respondent nos.1 to 3 and Sri Rakesh Bahadur, learned counsel along with Sri Muqeem Ahmad, learned counsel for complainant.

The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter alia with the prayer to quash the impugned orders dated 18.08.2025 & 22.07.2025 passed by respondent no.2. By the aforesaid orders, the financial and administrative powers of the petitioner has been seized.

Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the instructions dated 12.09.2025 under the signature of District Magistrate, Jaunpur, has placed before this Court. The same is taken on record.

Copy of the aforesaid instructions has been provided to the counsel for the petitioner.

After going through the aforesaid, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondent no.2 - District Magistrate, Jaunpur to conclude the proceeding initiated against the petitioner expeditiously.
