After some arguments, a prayer has been made by Sanjeev Singh Sisodiya, learned counsel for th petitioner to dismiss the present petition as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the appointment of the petitioner as fair price shop dealer.

In this view of the matter, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
