Instant RERA Appeal under Section 58 of Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 has been preferred against order dated 28.07.2025 passed by U.P. Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Lucknow (in short "Appellate Tribunal") in Appeal No. 611 of 2022.
As per Stamp Reporter, the appeal is delayed by 13 days and an application for condonation of delay has been filed.
