Heard Mohd. Shahibe Alam, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri B.P. Maurya, learned AGA appearing for the State respondents.

The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 01 of 2002, under Sections 4/5/6 Prostitution Act and Section 294 IPC, Police Station Birhampuri, District Meerut with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail.

At the very outset, learned AGA submits that charesheet has been under Section 3/4/5/6 of Immoral Trafficking Prevention Act whereas anticipatory bail application has been rejected by learned Sessions Court under Section 4/5/6 of the Prostitution Act. It is thus submitted that rejection order of the learned Sessions Court is in incorrect section and the same needs to be corrected and corrected order is required to be filed.

In view of above, list this case as fresh after two weeks.

Learned counsel for the applicant shall file supplementary affidavit bringing on record the corrected copy of rejection order of the learned Sessions court.
