Mr. Sanjay Singh, learned counsel has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of the first informant today, which is taken on record.

Heard Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sanjay Singh, learned counsel for the first informant and Sri B.P. Maurya, learned AGA appearing for the State respondents.

The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 95 of 2016, under Sections 363 and 366 IPC, Police Station Barhan, District Agra with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the first informant submits that process under Section 82 CrPC has been initiated against the applicant.

Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant submits that only bailable warrant has been issued against the applicant.

Learned AGA submits that a direction be issued to the applicant to file supplementary affidavit bringing on record the entire order sheet of the trial Court.
