Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the court concerned to expedite the trial of the Case No. 410 of 2020, (Pancham Kumar Gupta Vs. Gautam Tiwari) U/s 138 N.I. Act 1881 P.S.Nagra, District- Ballia, pending before the A.C.J.M.-Ist Ballia, expeditiously within a short stipulated period.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has filed a complaint under Section 138 of N.I. Act in the year 2020 but the same has not been decided so far due to which, applicant is suffering irreparable loss. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time.

Considering the facts of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 529 B.N.S.S. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible, if there is no legal impediment.
