Heard Mr. Gyan Prakash Verma, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of Case Crime No.35 of 2019 (State vs. Rajesh Yadav and others) under Sections 420, 120-B IPC, 8/9 U.P.P.E.A. 1998, Police Station Jiyanpur, District Azamgarh pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No.22, Azamgarh within a shortest span of time as fixed by this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case crime no.35 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
