Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties 1, 2 and 4 and Mr. Mr. Sriniwas Bajpayee, learned counsel for opposite party no.3.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to make payment of post-retiral dues of petitioner including G.P.F., gratuity, encashment of leave, Group Insurance, salary arrears as per Seventh Pay Commission recommendation along with two A.C.P. benefits and increments along with interest.

Learned counsel for opposite party no.3 on the basis of instructions submits that the aforesaid dues of petitioner are admitted and amount of such dues have already been paid to petitioner with only benefit of half ACP remaining.

Learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions submits that other benefits apart from A.C.P. are also remaining.

In view of fact that opposite parties admit their liability for payment of aforesaid benefits to petitioner, they are hereby issued a direction to ensure payment of same within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before opposite party no.3 i.e. Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, District Sitapur or any other competent authority.

With aforesaid observations and directions, the petition is
