Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties no.1 to 3.

In view of order being proposed to be passed, notices to opposite party no.4 stand dispensed with.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to re-evaluate/ valuate petitioner's Mathematics paper of Intermediate Examination, 2003 with regard to petitioner.

Mr. Vivek Shukla, learned State counsel on the basis of written instructions dated 09.01.2023 however submits that petitioner had earlier applied for scrutiny of the papers which was conducted and no error was found therein and therefore no shame in petitioner's marking is there. It is submitted that the same was communicated to petitioner on 20.07.2023 but learned counsel for petitioner denies receiving any such communication.

In view of aforesaid, opposite parties are directed to furnish afresh result with regard to petitioner's scrutiny within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before concerned authority.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, petition stands disposed of .
