Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Mr. Pankaj Patel, learned State Counsel for opposite party nos. 1 to 4. In view of order being passed, notice to opposite party nos. 5 & 6 stands dispensed with.
Petition has been filed primarily challenging the suspension order dated 03.10.2023 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Siddharth Nagar. Concomitant prayers made in the petition also pertain to petitioner's grievance arising in District Siddharth Nagar as is the preliminary objection raised by State Counsel.
From a perusal of the prayers made in the petition, it is evident that main grievance of petitioner arises with regard to action taken by the District Basic Education Officer, Siddharth Nagar. No part was cause of action arises before this Court at Lucknow and therefore the petition is dismissed granting liberty to petitioner to file afresh before this Court at Allahabad.
