Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties no. 1 & 2, Mr. Sudhanshu Chauhan learned counsel for opposite parties no.4 to 6 and Mr. Jai Prakash Mishra, learned counsel for opposite parties no. 3 and 7.

Petition has been filed seeking challenge to termination order dated 22.12.2023 for the post of Clerk (Seasonal).

It has been admitted by learned counsel for petitioner that against aforesaid order, appeal has already been preferred by petitioner before opposite party No.6 which is still pending consideration.

In view of aforesaid fact, opposite party No.6 i.e. District Magistrate/Administrator/Appellate authority, Shravasti Kisan Sahkri Chini Mill, District Bahraich is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's appeal filed against order dated 22.12.2023 expeditiously within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of .
