Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties 1 & 2, Mr. Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for opposite party no.3 and Mr. S.S. Rajawat, learned counsel for opposite party no.4.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned to issue appointment letter to petitioner for the post of Assistant Teacher ignoring minor differences in her name as recorded in the educational certificates.

Learned counsel for opposite parties on the basis of instructions however submits that since there is some discrepancy in the application submitted by petitioner with the name indicated in educational certificates, it would be appropriate that petitioner may get her educational certificates corrected whereafter issuance of appointment letter may be considered.

In view of aforesaid submissions, petitioner is granted liberty to get her educational certificates corrected to bring them in line with the details indicated in the Application Form whereafter the opposite parties are directed to consider issuance of appointment to petitioner in light of such corrections having been made.

This orders, however shall be subject to final orders passed in

the Special Leave Petition wherein status quo appears to have been directed with regard to issuance of appointment letters.

With aforesaid observations and directions, the petition is finally disposed of .
