Sri Shobhit Mohan Shukla, learned counsel for the appellant prays for two months time to deposit the court fee.
Sri Amardeep Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent submits that deliberately this application for grant of time has been moved in which two months time has been sought only to frustrate the execution proceedings.
In view of above, as prayed two months time is granted to file court fee.
List thereafter as fresh. However, it is made clear that mere filing of this defective appeal will not give any benefit to the appellant in any matter/ proceeding.
The name of Shri Amardeep Yadav, Advocate shall be printed in the cause list as counsel for the respondent.
