Office has reported the defect of difference in the name of the appellant no.1. The counsel has made a note that Hari and Harish Chandra are the same person and also that will explain before the court, however learned counsel for the appellant failed to explain as to how, if this objection has not been taken before the court's below by the defendant, he can add another name with alias at this stage and counsel can give a certificate that both the persons are one and the same.

As prayed by learned counsel for the appellant, list in the next week as fresh to enable him to explain and take appropriate steps.
