Hon'ble Rajnish Kumar,J.
The amendment incorporated by learned counsel for the appellant indicates that he has made certain note after the first substantial question of law, whereas the same was not allowed to be done. The amendment has also not been incorporated in the 2nd substantial question of law and a new substantial question of law has been incorporated on the left side of the second substantial question of law, which could not have been done.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that inadvertently the same has been done and he may be permitted to delete the same and incorporate the amendment in terms of the order dated 05.08.2024 during course of the day.
Learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to do the same during course of the day.
