It deference to the order dated 23.08.2024 supplementary affidavit has been filed by the appellant insurance company but there is no explanation in regard to the grounds taken by the appellant that the vehicle in question was in work shop on the date of accident, whereas as observed in the order dated 23.08.2024, the vehicle does not seem to be in work shop.
As prayed by learned counsel for the appellant, list in the week commencing 11.10.2024 to enable him to file affidavit with explanation.
