Vakalatnama filed by Shri Abdul Samad, learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party Nos.2 to 4 is taken on record.

Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of opposite party No.1 and Shri Abdul Samad, learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party Nos.2 to 4.

Shri Samad, learned counsel for opposite party Nos.2 to 4 states that the opposite party No.2 is willing to go to the Mediation Centre of this Court for mediation to which learned counsel for the revisionist also agrees.

Considering the aforesaid, let the parties concerned appear before the Mediation Centre of this Court on 24.10.2024. The mediation centre shall endeavour to submit its report within next eight weeks.

Out of the deposited amount of Rs.20,000/-, Rs.17,500/- shall be released in favour of the opposite party No.2 on her first date of appearance before the mediation centre.

As the opposite party No.2 has to come from out of station, as such, she would also be entitled for an amount of Rs.500/- on each and every date of her appearance before the Mediation

Centre of this Court except the first date of her appearance.

List this case in the week commencing 16.12.2024 as fresh along with the mediation report.

Interim order, if any, to continue till the next date of listing.

¶16

Whenever the case is listed, the name of Shri Abdul Samad be indicated from the side of opposite party.
