Shri R.U. Verma, learned counsel or the respondent submits that the sole appellant has died in the year 2022 but no application for substitution has been moved till date. The order sheet also indicates that on 29.02.2024, the learned counsel for the appellant informed that the sole appellant has died and he has to move an application for substitution but till date no application for substitution has been filed.
In view of above, the appeal has been abated. It is, accordingly, dismissed .
