Hon'ble Rajnish Kumar,J.
Ms.Anjali Singh, Advocate holding brief of Ms.Shaista Parveen, learned counsel for the appellants prays for adjournment to enable her to file supplementary affidavit. However despite repeated queries being made to her she could not state as to why the supplementary affidavit is required. The appeal is listed for admission as by means of order dated 16.02.2022 after hearing learned counsel for the parties the notices were issued to hear the respondents before admitting the appeal.
In view of above it appears that the appellants do not want to pursue the matter. Therefore a request has been made for filing the supplementary affidavit without indicating any reason as to why the supplementary affidavit is required.
The Second Appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
The order has been passed in presence of Shri Javed Khan, Advocate holding brief of Shri Ajmal Khan, learned counsel for the respondents.
