- Present writ petition is filed by petitioner for the following primary relief:-
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus to conduct free, fair and impartial investigation and to also ensure fair, speedy and effective Investigation with regard to the FIR dated 08/08/2024 bearing FIR No.540/2024, U/Ss 316, 338, 336, 340, 318 B.N.S., P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District-Sultanpur (as contained in Annexure-1), in the interest of justice."
- Learned A.G.A. prays for and is granted time till 18.11.2024 for filing personal affidavit of the Investigating Officer concerned with regard to active investigation made in the case.
