Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the impugned F.I.R. in Case Crime No.0152 of 2024, under Section- 323, 34, 504, 506, 420, 467, 468, 356 IPC P.S.- Madhoganj, District- Hardoi, which is nothing but a counterblast of F.I.R. lodged by the petitioner no.3 in Case Crime No.0384 of 2023, under Sections- 498-A, 323, 504, 324, 377 IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act at Police Station- Chinhat, District- Lucknow.
Shri Badrul Hasan, learned A.G.A. prays for and is granted three days' time seek instructions and to produce the medical report.
