The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 7.12.2022 passed by this Court in Application U/S 482 No.39621 of 2022.
The pleadings in the affidavit and the documents annexed with the same do not reveal any willful disobedience on the part of the Judicial Officer of the court concerned who has been impleaded as opposite party in the present case.
The contempt application is dismissed.
