In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Shri Sanjay Om, Advocate has obtained instructions and has handed over a copy of the same to the Court, which is taken on record.
On the basis of his instructions, Shri Sanjay Om, Advocate, states that a recommendation for appointment in favour of the applicant has been sent by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission, Allahabad/Prayagraj to the State Government vide letter dated 4.11.2024.
As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed.
The contempt application is disposed of.
