It has been stated by the counsel for the applicant that the order passed by the Writ Court has already been complied and the order dated 16.10.2024 has been passed by the District Magistrate, Bhadohi. The order dated 16.10.2024 has also been handed over by the counsel for the applicant to the Court which is taken on record.
As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged.
