The present contempt application has been filed pleading non-compliance of the order dated 4.3.2022 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 8087 of 2021.
The order-sheet of the case registered under Section 133 Cr.P.C. has not been annexed with the affidavit filed in support of the contempt application to enable the Court to draw any conclusion as to whether the opposite party has committed any wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court.
The contempt application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to file a fresh contempt application annexing the order-sheet.
