The present application has been filed pleading the disobedience of the order dated 26.2.2024 passed by this Court in Writ - C No. 5927 of 2024.
The order-sheet does not indicate any willful disobedience by the opposite party. The order-sheet reveals that on many dates, the counsel for the applicant did not appear when the case was called out for hearing because the members of the Bar were on strike.
The contempt application is dismissed .
