The present contempt application has been filed pleading disobedience of the order dated 11.08.2023 passed by this Court in Application U/S 483 No.844 of 2023.
A perusal of the order sheet of the case annexed with the affidavit does not indicate that there has been any willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court by the judicial officer who is the Presiding Officer of the concerned court and has been impleaded as opposite party in the contempt application.
No contempt is made out. The contempt application is dismissed.
