The present application has been filed pleading contempt of this Court by non-compliance of the order dated 27.05.2022 passed by this Court in Writ - C No. 9302 of 2022.
The order-sheet of the court below has not been annexed with the affidavit indicating that there has been any wilful disobedience by the opposite party in deciding the case pending before him within the time fixed by this Court.
The contempt application is dismissed with the liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application annexing order-sheet of the court below and other necessary documents.
