In response to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a counter affidavit on behalf of opposite party and has also handed over the instructions obtained by him.
It has been stated in the affidavit as well as in the instructions that the hearing in the case has already been completed on 05.07.2024 and the judgment shall be delivered within ten days from today.
In view of the aforesaid, list on 23.07.2024 amongst the top ten cases in the additional cause list.
