In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the compliance affidavit filed by the opposite party no. 1 is taken on record.
In the affidavit, it has been stated that the order dated 6.7.2023 passed by this Court in Writ - A No. 10471 of 2023 has been complied with and the representation dated 15.7.2023 filed by the petitioner / applicant has been decided by order dated 6.5.2024 passed by the Principal Secretary, Ayush Section - 2, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. The order dated 6.5.2024 has been annexed with the compliance affidavit.
In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notices issued to the opposite parties are discharged.
The applicant may challenge the order dated 6.5.2024 on merits before the appropriate forum, if so advised.
