In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and has handed over a copy of the same to the Court which is taken on record.
On the basis of his instructions, the Standing Counsel states that Case No. T202418210411007 has been registered under Sections 32 / 38 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006. The Standing Counsel states that 9th August, 2024 is the next date fixed in the case.
In light of the facts stated in the instructions received by the Standing Counsel, it would serve no useful purpose to keep the application pending and the contempt application is disposed of with a direction that the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, District Etah shall decide the aforesaid case conclusively within three months from today and in any case, by 15th November, 2024.
