The learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions from the opposite parties and has handed over a copy of the same to the Court which is taken on record.
On the basis of his instructions, learned Standing Counsel states that the representation of the petitioner has been decided by order dated 02.07.2024 passed by the Director of Education (Basic) Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. The order dated 02.07.2024 has also been annexed with the instructions and shall form part of the records of the case.
In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
The contempt application is disposed of .
The petitioner, if aggrieved by the order dated 02.07.2024, may challenge the same before the appropriate Court.
