In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and has handed over a copy of the same to the Court which is taken on record.
On the basis of his instructions, the Standing Counsel states that a First Information Report registering Case Crime No. 0461 of 2024 under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered at the instance of the applicant.
In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
The application is dismissed and consigned to records.
