Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that direction was passed by this Court on 03.08.2017 in Writ Petition No.17556/2017 but till today, the proceeding has not been decided by the respondent in accordance with law.

Order dated 03.08.2017 is as under:

"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State.

Considering the order proposed to be passed issuance of notice to the opposite party no. 2 is dispensed with.

The objection of the petitioner under Section 9-A(2) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 is said to be pending since 2008.

Let the Consolidation Officer consider and decide the same if there is no other legal impediment in this regard with expedition, say, within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is submitted.

With the aforesaid observations, the petition is disposed of. "

In view of the above, the present application is disposed of with the observation that applicant may move application before the respondent for compliance and expedite disposal of the case in question after giving proper opportunity of hearing to the both the parties.
