In pursuance of earlier order of this Court, applicant is present today and filed a supplementary affidavit, in which he has submitted that order of Writ Court has already been complied with and premises have already been handed over to him and now, he has no further grievance and does not want to litigate any further.
In view of the submissions made by the applicant, the instant contempt application is hereby dismissed .
